Roles and responsibilities 	 Managing the entire spectrum of accounting activities across the Group’s products and services business  	  	 Accounting  	 •  Reviewing and scrutinizing monthly ledger accounts and handling required reconciliations 	 •  Passing entries and maintaining accounts related activities  	 •  Handling project-wise cost centers and calculation of project-wise profitability  	 •  Managing revenue recognition (i.e., deferred revenues for contracts) and contract lifecycles  	 •  Calculating and settling commission dues periodically  	  	 Taxation  	 •  Submitting statutory compliances such as GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 2B, TDS, PF, PT, etc.  	 •  Preparing statutory assessments such as Service Tax Assessment and VAT Assessment and 	 	 coordinating with external agencies  	 	 •  Preparing advance tax working  	  	 Banking  	 •  Reconciling bank statements daily and making online payments  	 •  Preparing banking and finance-related documents, e.g., Bank Guarantees, LCs, etc.  	 •  Preparing workings and coordinating with auditors for preparation of annual P&L statement   	  	 Data analytics and reporting  	 •  Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements 	 •  Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly & annual MIS to the management 	  	 Essential requirements of the candidate  	 •  3-5 years of work experience as an accounts manager  	 •  Proficient in Tally and Microsoft Excel  	 •  Detail orientation, process excellence, and punctuality
