IMMEDIATELY HIRING : Interior Project Manager / Project Coordinator for one of our esteemed Clients into Civil and Interior Projects for Corporate Industries. Job location is Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and experience in Project Coordination and Management in interior design projects. The role demands excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to manage projects within set specified guidelines. (contact @ 8744842272)
Qualifications and Skills :
- B.Tech. (Civil or Interior Designing) or Equivalent with 5+ years experience of handling Interior Projects for Corporates Offices or Commercial complexes.
- Interior projects experience is Must
- Good experience in Interior projects management with management skills
- Proven ability to lead, support and guide project teams effectively
- Coordination and regular communication with stakeholders like Vendors, Suppliers, Builders, Clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and Builders, Architects, Suppliers and Site Team members
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and mitigating project risks
- Ability to manage project budgets efficiently and effectively
- Experience in risk management to anticipate and address potential project hurdles
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Interior design projects coordination and management from inception to completion
- Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and ensure that projects adhere to financial constraints
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to meet project requirements
- Lead, coordinate and manage the project teams, delegate tasks, and ensure effective team performance
- Monitor project guidelines and timelines and ensure that milestones are met
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear and consistent communication
- Help the site workers and team members in case of any requirement
- Coordination and regular communication at all levels is crucial and most important without any gap.
