Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Service Advisor to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. The Service Advisor will be responsible for liaising between our customers and service technicians to ensure that maintenance and repair services are performed efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians to convey customer concerns clearly and timely.
- Schedule appointments, manage the maintenance and repair process, and ensure that services are completed on time.
- Provide detailed explanations of automotive issues to customers and recommend appropriate service options to address them.
- Review repair orders with the service team and ensure all work has been completed to the highest standards before vehicle delivery.
- Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities for service upgrades or add-ons that benefit the customer and vehicle longevity.
- Maintain accurate customer records, documenting details of vehicle issues, services performed, and related customer interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by liaising effectively with all relevant teams to find timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Continuously update personal knowledge of new automotive developments, products, and services to provide the best advice to customers.
