Shital Motors Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company’s financial health.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in TDS, GST, and Tally (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of applicable tax codes and regulations.
- Proven experience in budgeting, including the ability to develop and manage annual financial plans effectively.
- Expertise in financial analysis to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations for strategic planning.
- Advanced skills in account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and statements.
- Adept at preparing tax returns and ensuring timely and accurate filing to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Experience in audit compliance, including supporting both internal and external audits and implementing audit recommendations.
- Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report financial information clearly to stakeholders.

- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Manage company accounting operations, including budgeting, auditing, and tax functions, to optimize financial performance.
