The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in purchase management and related fields. This role requires strong organizational and management skills to support our continuous growth by coordinating and overseeing purchasing activities within the company.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in purchase management, ensuring effective procurement processes to meet business needs.
- Must have strong expertise in purchase management (Mandatory skill) to manage comprehensive procurement activities effectively.
- Required competency in budgeting and financial reporting for accurate financial data management.
- Strong team leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of professionals towards achieving organizational goals.
- Experience in construction management to efficiently manage projects and coordinate various construction activities.
- Proficiency in handling purchase orders to streamline operations and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Experience with new unit openings, ensuring timely and cost-effective establishment of new operational units.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to liaise with suppliers and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all procurement activities in accordance with the company's policies and standards.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with organizational goals and budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast future procurement needs and streamline processes.
- Maintain and manage supplier relationships, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any non-compliance issues with suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation, including purchase orders and supplier contracts.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly to optimize procurement processes.
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
