We are seeking a Delivery Coordinator for a junior-level, full-time position based in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of work experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in automobile and car delivery processes (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with project management software to efficiently coordinate delivery schedules
• Competency in Microsoft Excel for managing delivery data and reporting
• Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to ensure excellent service
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Ability to use communication platforms for coordinating between different stakeholders
• Previous experience in customer care to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
