Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Analyse competitors' products and sales strategies.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and customer accounts.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of polymer raw materials and their applications.
• Educate clients on product benefits, specifications, and uses.
• Sales Administration:
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
