Job Role: HR Executive (3- 5 Yrs Exp)

Job Location- Surat.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies at plant locations.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and activities to enhance morale and productivity.
• Conduct frequent visits to plant facilities to interact with employees, address concerns, and assess HR needs firsthand.
• Facilitate effective communication between plant management and corporate HR teams.
• Conduct training sessions on HR policies, compliance procedures, and employee relations topics as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, with exposure to plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel frequently to plant locations within the region.
