Title: Business Development Officer Job Summary: Using effective marketing strategies – Cold Calling, Generating Appointments, Networking through LinkedIn, Digital Marketing Strategies etc to generate leads, engaging with prospects (B2B) to generate business. l Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, CTC: Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month + Incentives based on performance/targets, Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per Company Policies Who are we looking for: We are looking for someone who is interested in effectively trying out various marketing strategies to generate leads and engage with prospects. They should be comfortable with cold calling prospects daily to engage with them, understand their requirements, explain to them how we can add value to them with our services and generate business. They should be ready to travel to other states to meet the prospects they are engaging in through cold calling to improve the chances to closures. Skills Required: Good in Written Communication, Communication Skills, Convincing Capabilities, Negotiating Skills, Fluency in English. Responsibilities Identify how many cold calls to be done per day, follow up calls and appointments to be generated per month to meet the targets based on their conversion ratios Generate Leads using various sources and strategies – existing customer referrals, leads from employees, market research etc Generate appointments for customers within Visakhapatnam and surrounding locations, meeting with the customers to understand their needs and challenges, explain how we can add value to them and generate business Cold calling customers of other locations on a daily basis. Engage with them to understand their requirements. Plan for meeting these out of station/state customers and generate more prospects appointments for that location to increase the possibility of closure during that trip. Increase the effectiveness of the outstation trips to meet as many prospects as possible and generate closures Use digital marketing strategies especially LinkedIn to network with decision makers of prospects Use other effective marketing strategies – Customer Referrals, Employee Referrals and Target marketing strategies to expand our reach
