Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior IT Support Executive to join our team in New Delhi, Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure efficient operations. The position is crucial for maintaining the IT infrastructure of our expanding logistics network and delivery services.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze issues and offer innovative solutions tailored to specific IT challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team members.
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems to ensure optimal configuration and performance of various software applications.
- Proven expertise in hardware and software installation to facilitate seamless integration and update of IT resources.
- Effective network configuration skills to support, secure, and optimize communication between computing devices.
- Ability to support Mac OS environments to ensure compatibility and performance within the organization's IT framework.
- Awareness of cybersecurity best practices to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users and coordinate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity for local and remote colleagues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Document and log all support requests, detailing resolutions and ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations to support business goals.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to improve IT literacy and independence.
- Support Mac OS devices and environments to ensure all Apple systems are fully operational.
