Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Team Leader for a BPO . To join our growing team, please review below mentioned the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

IT IS WORK FROM OFFICE FROM BANGALORE LOCATION.

NEED ONLY INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A TEAM LEADER IN ANY BPO.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve service level.
• Monitoring the performance of the team.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase good service.
• Regularly attending meetings and training sessions.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
• Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be graduated.
• Must have 1 years experience as a TEAM LEADER IN ANY IN PROCESS IN ANY BPO.
• Experience in any Travel process is preferred..
• Proven experience in customer service
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Salary Slabs : Upto 4.8 LPA
