We are seeking a highly-skilled Quality Analyst to join our team at Bangalore. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet or exceed the established standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in identifying and addressing quality issues, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in any BPO
• Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques
• Proficient in conducting dip checks and quality inspections
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on our products and services to ensure compliance with established standards
• Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
