Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Voice Process. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in international voice process
• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in an international BPO will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international clients and provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers in resolving their queries and concerns efficiently
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
