Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic, self-driven and focused Business Development Executives
(New Client Acquisition)
1. The top priority of this role is Lead generation/acquire new clients.
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and
following up on leads.
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
4. Probing the customers to understand their requirements and offer them the best print
products.
5. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet
the sales objectives. .
6. Upselling products and services.
7. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
8. Update customer information in the database. 9. Assist with challenging client requests or
issue escalations as needed.
Skills & Capabilities:
1. Any Graduate/PG with 1+ years relevant experience in Business Development, Client
Acquisition, Client Management.
2. Target-driven, very committed, result oriented and dedicated.
3. Excellent listening and negotiation abilities.
4. Very enthusiastic, self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
5. Strong verbal/written communication skills.
