Position: Business Development and Support Specialist
Job Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development and Support Specialist. You'll be the face of our products, providing technical and functional support, conducting engaging product demos, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. You'll also explore up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand our customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate business opportunities through diverse channels.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demos highlighting features and benefits.
- Contract Negotiation: Engage and negotiate with potential clients to secure business deals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

- Product Training & Support: Provide product training and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Event Participation: Represent the Sheshi brand at industry events, driving sales operations.
- Up-selling & Cross-Selling: Leverage opportunities to expand current customer subscriptions by understanding their evolving business needs.
- Customer Feedback & Product Improvement: Gather customer insights for product improvements.
- CRM & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning: Stay updated with product advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical or functional support role.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
