Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring to inquiries. • Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and notify appropriate personnel of their arrival. • Prepare reports, MIS & other documents for the admin Department. • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions. • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. • Manage appointments and conference room bookings. • Coordinate meeting and conference schedules as needed. • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation. • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Sending Mail to Staff regarding Admin Communications and Birthdays • Handle inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner. • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
