Job Purpose: To make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales.

Job Location: K R Puram / Krishnarajapuram, Bangalore

WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY

Working days : Wednesday to Monday, Tuesday off.

Job Responsibility:

• Effectively communicating with clients on calls
• Understanding client requirement and suggesting the relevant property
• Convincing clients for property visits
• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
• Sending SMS, Whatsapp messages and email to gather client attention
• Managing social media campaigns

Skills Required:

● Effective Communication skills (English preferred and any other language)

● Convincing skills

● Basic computer knowledge

Qualification : Graduation
