• understand hiring requirement and recruiting for the required positions
• screen candidates and schedule interviews
• perform onboarding and exit formalities
• manage payroll, attendance and leaves for all the employees
• Manage the employees’ data of each department
• Ensure that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
• perform employee engagement activities
• assist employees with their needs and queries
• Implement performance review procedures
• Manage employees’ grievances

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Proven work experience as an HR Executive
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
