Job Overview
The Zonal Sales Manager position at Shelter Pharma Ltd. is a full-time, senior-level role based in our Ahmedabad headquarters. We are looking for an experienced professional with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will lead sales operations within their designated zone, driving market presence and sales growth for our diverse range of herbal pharmaceutical products.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Herbal Pharma
Salary Package: ₹75,000 in-hand per month
Accommodation/Travel: Actual 3-tier AC ticket reimbursement provided for work-related travel
Mode of Interview: Face-to-face

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Manage and lead sales operations across the assigned zones.
- Achieve sales targets for the herbal pharma products in the covered territories.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales team.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize periodic meetings and reviews with the sales team to address challenges and opportunities.
- Market Development:
- Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitor activities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Plan and execute zonal-level sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and resources.
- Revenue Management:
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with supply chain teams for smooth operations.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and client communications.
- Travel and Representation:
- Travel extensively within the assigned zone to oversee operations and meet clients.
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and trade shows.
