We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Senior Production Executive to join our team in Himatnagar. As a Junior Level position, the role involves full-time employment within our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong manufacturing process knowledge with essential skills in quality control. This position is crucial for maintaining our high standards and ensuring product efficacy and safety.

Production Executive - Job Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Execution

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth execution as per the production schedule.
• Monitor and maintain the production flow, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the planning team to meet production targets within deadlines.

1. Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company standards during production.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, safety, and efficacy of herbal products.
• Conduct routine checks and inspections to meet quality assurance protocols.

1. Resource Management

• Manage manpower allocation on the production floor effectively.
• Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, equipment, and other resources to minimize waste.

1. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of production batches, materials, and operations.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to the production manager.

1. Equipment and Maintenance

• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely servicing or repairs.

1. Health, Safety, and Environment

• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Address safety issues promptly and train workers on safety procedures.

1. Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams

• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

1. Inventory Management

• Track inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure timely requisition of materials to avoid production delays.

1. Compliance with Regulatory Requirements

• Stay updated with regulatory guidelines for herbal products and ensure their implementation.
• Support audits and inspections conducted by internal and external authorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Herbal Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within herbal or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and production processes for herbal medicines.
• Excellent problem-solving, team management, and communication skills.
