Job Title: PMT Executive/Manager – Veterinary Ayurveda Pharma

Location: Ahmeadabad

Department: Product Management Team (PMT)

Reporting To: MD Sir

Experience Required: 3-8 years in Veterinary Pharma or Ayurveda Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:
2. Develop and manage the product portfolio for veterinary Ayurveda pharmaceuticals.
3. Design and execute product strategies, lifecycle management, and new product launches.
4. Coordinate with R&D for product development and ensure alignment with market needs.
5. Market Research & Analysis:
6. Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.
7. Gather and analyze feedback from customers, field staff, and veterinarians to enhance product performance.
8. Brand Development:
9. Plan and implement brand-building strategies for existing and new products.
10. Create marketing campaigns, promotional tools, and strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
11. Sales Support:
12. Work closely with the sales team to provide training and technical support for products.
13. Develop promotional materials, including product literature, visual aids, and presentations.
14. Training & Development:
15. Conduct training programs for sales teams and distributors on product knowledge, market positioning, and key USPs.
16. Compliance and Documentation:
17. Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
18. Prepare and maintain product-related documentation for internal and external use.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Veterinary Science, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related fields.
• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary:

• As per industry standards and experience.(4 LPA upto)
