Job Overview
The National Sales Marketing Manager at Shelter Pharma Ltd. is a full-time executive position We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead and oversee the sales operations for our Veterinary Ayurveda division. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans across India, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving business growth in line with the company's objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of the Veterinary Ayurveda market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Ayurveda, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 10 to 18 years of experience in the Veterinary Ayurveda industry, with significant pan-India sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Veterinary Ayurveda market, products, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
