We are seeking a Mid-Level International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Shelter Pharma Ltd. Based in Ahmedabad, this full-time role requires a strategic and results-driven individual to enhance our international market presence. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint by executing effective sales strategies and maintaining fruitful client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential international markets and generate leads for herbal pharma products.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients globally.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.
- Client Coordination and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Finalize contracts and ensure compliance with all international trade regulations.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and regulatory forms.
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws and quality standards for herbal pharma products.
- Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the global market.
- Develop sales strategies tailored to different regions and customer segments.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and revenue.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and regulatory teams to meet client expectations.
- Provide feedback from international clients to improve product offerings and services.
- Travel and Representation:
- Travel internationally to meet clients, attend trade fairs, and explore new markets.
- Represent the company professionally in all dealings with overseas partners.
