As the International Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in global markets and driving the growth of our international business. This is a full-time position with a focus on market research, regulatory compliance, customs clearance, market entry strategies, negotiation, export-related support, and budget management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in international marketing or export sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven knowledge of global market trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in customs clearance procedures and export documentation
• Ability to develop and implement market entry strategies
• Experience in budget management and reporting
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential international markets and assess market demand for our products
• Develop and implement market entry strategies for each target market, including pricing strategies and distribution channels
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and requirements for product registration, import/export licenses, and customs clearance
• Build strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key stakeholders
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with international partners to maximize sales opportunities
• Provide export-related support to customers, including product information, documentation, and shipment coordination
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in international markets, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure seamless execution of international marketing initiatives
• Manage the international marketing budget and report on key performance metrics
