Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Institutional Sales Representative. This role involves sales and revenue generation, market analysis, customer relationship management, and reporting and documentation. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new institutional sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials
  • Provide feedback and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments
