Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Back Office Executive to join our team at Shelter Pharma Ltd. in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will support our back office operations, handling administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Administrative Support (Mandatory skill): Essential skill ensuring efficient management of office-related tasks and support services.
- Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Mandatory skill): Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Data Entry: Accuracy in entering and managing data is crucial for maintaining the integrity of company information.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize workload, ensuring that tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest level of accuracy in all tasks and processes.
- Time Management: Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

- 4. Activation of gift card for business promotion activities.
- 5. Ageing report of outstanding of debtors & creditors.

- 7. Stock moment analysis and preparation of stock report on monthly basis.
