Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Back Office Executive to join our team at Shelter Pharma Ltd. in Ahmedabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will support our back office operations, handling administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Administrative Support (Mandatory skill): Essential skill ensuring efficient management of office-related tasks and support services.
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Mandatory skill): Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Data Entry: Accuracy in entering and managing data is crucial for maintaining the integrity of company information.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize workload, ensuring that tasks are completed timely and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure the highest level of accuracy in all tasks and processes.

  5. 5. Ageing report of outstanding of debtors & creditors.
  6. 6. Overhead analysis reports.
  7. 7. Stock moment analysis and preparation of stock report on monthly basis.
  8. 8. Coordinates with filed as well as factory for the activities of order receipt & execution of orders.
  9. 9. monitoring report of filed staff (daily report, Weekly report.
