Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Service Functional to join our team at Shaum Solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions using SAP S/4HANA Service module. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and configuration, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Service implementation and configuration
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Service is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end functional knowledge of various Warranty business process flows. At least one implementation experience for configuration of Warranty Claim management. Business Rule framework configuration and development. Technical details related to Warranty Claim configuration.
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service module
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure the SAP S/4HANA Service module according to the client's needs
- Design and develop custom functionalities and enhancements within the SAP S/4HANA Service module
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA Service system
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to project timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other systems
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities and provide recommendations for process improvements
