Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Autosar Lead to join our team at Shaum Solutions. As an Autosar Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Autosar solutions for our clients. The role is based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in Autosar development
• Strong knowledge of Autosar architecture and standards
• Proficient in programming languages such as C, C++
• Experience with Autosar tools and development environment
• Familiarity with automotive embedded systems and software development processes
• Ability to lead and manage a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Autosar solutions for clients
• Define and enforce best practices for Autosar development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Autosar development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Autosar technology
• Coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and customize Autosar solutions accordingly
• Ensure successful delivery of Autosar projects within the defined timelines and budgets
