- 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Supervisor/Setter
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming
- Experience with line designs, VMC, and turning center machines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to work order instructions
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Train and mentor junior CNC operators on machine setup and operation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
- Maintain accurate production records
