Roles and Responsibilities

· Sourcing and screening candidates from job boards.

· Negotiating rates over phone and screen them technically.

· Present shortlisted candidates to Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Must have good communication skills.

· Must be willing to work in Night shift.

· Must be a Graduate or Business Graduate.
