Content Writers Requirements: 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Produce high-quality and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.

2. Demonstrate expertise in crafting well-researched and informative business content.

3. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.

4. Collaborate with subject matter experts, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights for content development.

5. Create content that aligns with the brand voice, messaging, and target audience.

6. Develop clear and concise copy that communicates complex concepts in an accessible manner.

7. Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords and ensuring high search engine visibility.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, with a focus on business-related topics.

2. Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from diverse sources.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

6. Proficiency in using content management systems and other relevant tools.

Video Editing Requirements: 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Create visually appealing posters and engaging video content for social media platforms.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

3. Stay updated with current trends and best practices in social media design and content creation.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

5. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across various social media channels.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content.

2. Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective social media designs.

4. Knowledge of video editing tools and techniques.

5. Understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.

6. Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.

Tell-callers Requirements 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Engage in effective and persuasive communication with potential customers over the phone.

2. Fluent in both English and Tamil, with proficiency in other languages being advantageous.

3. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond appropriately.

4. Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on existing ones.

5. Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a telecalling or customer service role.

2. Proficiency in English and Tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic computer skills.

5. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
