Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Timely processing of Vendor code requests - new creation, extension, modifications and blocking unblocking of vendor codes; Timely submission of reports to all stakeholders.
- On an average the team executes 900 requests in a month. All the requests are supposed to be executed within the defined TAT of 1 WD. This activity is completed only with timely submission of reports/ updation to all stakeholders.
- Ensuring correctness of data entry
- Ensuring document compliance
- Ensuring repository maintenance
- MIS / reporting
