Designation Specialist – Commercial Operations

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Validation of PO price with corporate rate card.
• Preparation of FOC PO reconciliation file for transmission & Core category on quarterly basis and timely submission to Corp.
• Verification of Agreements, deal sheet, price book before upload.
• Template data preparation for network contracts for OLA Creation
• OLA Amendment request processing. If any amendment in contacts
• Prepare Market Share report for network key vendors.
• Monitoring of mandatory tagging in PO for Perfect PO KPI   
• Coordination with Corporate stake holders
• Update & circulate MIS & Reports as per SLA
• Co-ordination with buyer for Contracts
• Query resolution with SLA
• Periodic Contract Tracker publication
• Process improvement through automation
