1. Responsible for all Secondary sales Related activities of Sales staff on PAN INDIA basis.

2. FIELD ASSIST - SALES AUTOMATION Activity: Companys B2B sales Related activity Management.

  • Field Force attendance through FA app on Daily basis across states for Managers / Executives / TSI.
  • Field ASSIST Implementation with timely Digital DSR generation across all levels of the sales staff.
  • Distributor Management System with addition & inactive Updation on routine basis.
  • Retail Coverage Plans: Beat / Retailers grouping under Distributors & Tracking Secondary order bookings by SKU / Product Segment / Category, on Routine basis.
  • Filed Force -STAFF attendance simulation & submission to HR Department.
  • Routine follow up with Field staff on resolving issues if any, encountered by FA APP user.

3. Monthly MIS generation from TALLY for preparing Marketing department review reports.

4. Field Force expenses checking in line with Digital DSR through FA app & In line with TA /DA structured approved by Management.
