Store Incharge - Job Description
Sourcing riders through, Referrals, Job Posting sites,
Recruitment camps, and through upsellingInfluencing and Negotiating through the competitive pitch to Hyperlocal (Groceries, Kirana stores, Food) and Ecommerce riders
Managing Onboarding formalities of the riders into the client and Shadowfax platform
Manage riders by tracking attendance and maintaining roasters depending on the average delivery loads of the respective stores Identify and understand the client's needs to manage daily loads by providing riders
Improve rider retention by being an influencer to resolve rider escalations through internal and client teams.
Preferred Competencies
Volume Hiring Skills (Blue Collar)
Building Relationships with the Client and Riders.
Influencing and Negotiating Skills
Basic MIS Skills
Stakeholder and Escalation Management Skills
Minimum Eligibility
Education: Degree / Diploma / 12th
Age: 19 - 35
Preferably Male candidates
Must own bike / scooter + Android Phone
Local Language is must (Ability to Speak and read)
Must be familiar with geographical area surrounding the stores
Minimum 1 yr experience in a similar role is preferred.
