Job Overview
We are seeking a CA Article Assistant to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will engage in diverse areas of accounting, taxation, and audits. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop expertise in a reputable firm.
Qualifications and Skills
- Accounting (Mandatory skill) - Demonstrated understanding and application of accounting principles and practices in a professional setting.
- Taxation (Mandatory skill) - Basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations critical for assisting in tax preparation and compliance.
- Audit (Mandatory skill) - Ability to participate effectively in audit processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting - Capable of preparing and analyzing financial statements for accuracy and conformity to specified standards.
- Compliance - Understanding compliance requirements and assisting in maintaining the firm's adherence to relevant laws.
- Analytical Skills - Strong ability to analyze financial data and interpret results for decision-making purposes.
- Attention to Detail - Meticulous in reviewing financial documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Time Management - Effective organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines concurrently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
- Participate in the preparation and filing of tax returns and reports, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the auditing team to support financial assessments and operational audits.
- Support in the implementation of Ind AS standards across accounting and reporting systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for client and management review.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and industry developments.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requisite data and clarify accounting or auditing queries.
- Contribute to the firm's continuous improvement by providing recommendations for optimization of procedures.
