Job Title: Senior Tech Lead

As a Senior Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical aspects of projects from initiation through completion. Your role will involve defining project requirements, setting team schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring that project goals are met. Key responsibilities include risk identification, contingency planning, and team training as necessary. You will coordinate resources, track progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will mentor developers, foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, and promote knowledge sharing and skill development. Clear communication is essential, as you will bridge technical and non-technical discussions and provide concise updates on project status, risks, and resolutions.

• Experience: 7-10 years in full-stack development (Java, Angular, Spring Boot)
• Skills: UI/UX (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), DevSecOps (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), API/database integration, and testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress)
• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field, PMP certification is a plus

This full-time, permanent role offers a salary starting at ₹7,60,000 per year and includes Provident Fund benefits. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as required.
