We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 year of proper employment experience (excluding internships). Proficiency in English is required for this position.

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing user interfaces using React.js
• Managing state with Redux
• Writing clean, maintainable code in ES6

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Experience with popular UI libraries such as Material-UI (MUI), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and Chakra UI is highly desirable.

On the backend, you will work with:

• Node.js and Express to build scalable and efficient APIs
• Next.js for server-side rendering (advantageous)

Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL is necessary for ensuring data integrity and performance.

Proficiency with version control systems such as Git is required for this role. You should have experience collaborating with teams using Git for code management and version control.

Apart from technical skills, we value strong logical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in professional communication and team collaboration using tools like Jira, Slack, and other project management software is also expected.
