Roles and Responsibilities
1. Shall co-ordinate internal stakeholders which included but not limited to Design Team, Development Team, Execution Team, Supply chain Management, Accounts Department etc
2. Shall co-ordinate Project related activity with Customer / Client / End-User which included but not limited to Kick of Meeting, Scope of Supply, Manpower allocation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) & Compliance, Dispatch, Site Execution activity etc.
3. Shall Prepare Project Charter which include Planning, Execution activity
4. Shall Monitor and Control Incoming and Outgoing Materials in co-ordination with Quality / Testing Department
5. Shall co-ordinate with Internal stake holder on AMC & Service Manpower Allocation and their communication with Customer, Billing on completion of Job etc.
6. Responsible to prepare IKOM, EKOM, FAT MOM & Project related conversation with in department and external stack holders through an email.
Working hours- 9.30 am to 6 pm (2nd & 4th Saturday Off *)
Compensation: No Bar for right candidates
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Qualification BE, EE,IC,
PLC, SCADA most important
