Job Description: -

• Maintain company wise MIS of new joined employees and changes in company data.
• Record keeping and maintaining documents based on various audit requirements.
• Making weekly MIS, Dashboards and MIS Analysis.
• Generating dashboards in Excel
• Publish Dashboards/ Creating Dashboard using Google sheets and excel in Tableau and Power BI
• Preparing monthly reports likely Monthly reports related to HR , Performance reports
• Preparing multiple types of reports like TAT Wise , Reason wise and summery wise.
• Good communication and also well versed in Excel (All Formulas like Vlook up , Hlookup, Pivot table, IF, Count if , Sum if , If error , CONCATENATE).

Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
