Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Plants Operation And Maintenance - STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, And CETP. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• BE-Electrical or Mechanical Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plants.

• Strong thinking skills and ability to problem-solve.

• Skilled multi-tasker with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and plant operations.

• Ability to optimize operational efficiency and improve plant performance.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in plant operation and maintenance.

• Experience in the water and environment engineering sector is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water treatment plants including STP, WTP, ZLD, FSTP, ETP, and CETP or Relevant experience.

• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the plants.

• Monitor plant performance and address any issues to maintain optimal performance.

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical or electrical issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of plant operating parameters, maintenance activities, and safety records.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve operational efficiency.

• Train and mentor junior staff members.
