Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in site supervision, labor management, site inspections and audits
• In this role, you will administer physical security operations for the site
• Prepare and summaries of all measured work, manage & monitor the site progress
• Control and supervise all the site activities
• Should be able to deliver site within the stipulated time frame
• Liaise with contractors, managers and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties remain coordinated
• Monitoring & Maintaining all necessary safety protocols and standard measures
• Strong interior design and detailing knowledge
• Review & Update the daily progress
• Ability to maintain bills and make necessary documentations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge or association with security related consultants, vendors, and professional organizations
• Communication skills, should be versatile with Email, whats app and other necessary apps.
• Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through
• Proven ability to influence, supervise, and lead others, solve problems and work under schedule
• first Preference for Bangalore candidates.
