Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our expanding operations in Indore, Mumbai, and Pune. As a full-time, senior-level position, this role demands an expert with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail luxury goods and jewelry. The Store Manager will be tasked with overseeing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet sales demands and minimizing shrinkage. (Mandatory skill)
- Extensive experience in visual merchandising, creating attractive product displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
- Strong customer service skills, with a track record of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and handling complex inquiries efficiently.
- Adept in sales management, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated team leadership skills, with experience in coaching, motivating, and managing a retail team to deliver optimal performance.
- Proficient in budgeting, capable of managing store finances effectively to maximize profitability and control costs.
- Experienced in vendor management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure quality and timely supply of products.
- Comprehensive understanding of retail operations, including processes and procedures to streamline efficiency and improve store performance.
