As a full-time, senior-level position, this role demands an expert with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail luxury goods and jewelry. The Store Manager will be tasked with overseeing store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in inventory management, ensuring stock levels meet sales demands and minimizing shrinkage. (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive experience in visual merchandising, creating attractive product displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
