• Strong expertise in inventory management with proficiency in optimizing stock levels and turnover to meet sales targets while reducing waste.
• Proven visual merchandising skills to create and maintain appealing store displays that enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on creating a positive shopping experience and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Solid sales management capabilities, including tracking sales metrics, reporting, and developing strategies to improve store economics.
• Effective team leadership qualities, demonstrating ability to motivate, train and develop staff to achieve sales goals and provide superb service.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management to analyze financial records, forecast sales, and manage expense reports to maintain profitability.
• Experienced in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and building relationships to ensure supply consistency and quality control.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, understanding day-to-day store functions, and implementing best practices to improve store logistics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance and product presentation.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff to drive performance, sales excellence, and exceptional customer service.
• Track and analyze sales data, preparing reports and developing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Budgeting and monitoring store finances, managing expenses within allocated budgets, and maximizing profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure product quality and timely supply chain operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment, complying with health and safety regulations and store policies.
