- Strong expertise in inventory management with proficiency in optimizing stock levels and turnover to meet sales targets while reducing waste.
- Proven visual merchandising skills to create and maintain appealing store displays that enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on creating a positive shopping experience and resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Solid sales management capabilities, including tracking sales metrics, reporting, and developing strategies to improve store economics.
- Effective team leadership qualities, demonstrating ability to motivate, train and develop staff to achieve sales goals and provide superb service.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management to analyze financial records, forecast sales, and manage expense reports to maintain profitability.
- Experienced in vendor management, including negotiating contracts and building relationships to ensure supply consistency and quality control.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, understanding day-to-day store functions, and implementing best practices to improve store logistics.
Roles and Responsibilities
