Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Semis Foods Private Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our millet-based packaged foods. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other sales software
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and generate leads
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the sales process and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) experience is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target potential customers to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and pipelines
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and market trends
