Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Shopify Website Developer to build, maintain, and enhance our ecommerce website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Shopify’s platform and be able to customize our online store to meet our unique business needs. You will work closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure our website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion.

Key responsibilities area:

 Development & Customization: Develop existing themes and maintain our Shopify store, including theme customization, app integrations, and custom coding.

 Performance Optimization: Ensure the website is optimized for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.

 Third-Party Integrations: Integrate third-party apps and tools to enhance website functionality (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, CRM, marketing automation).

 Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the Shopify platform.

 Proactive: Debug website and be prompt for bug fixes.

 Collaborate with design: Connecting with the design or creative team and work all together.

 Experience in optimizing website for scalability.

 Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript is a must.

 Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure website functionality across different devices and browsers. Requirements

Desired Skills:

 Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Shopify Developer, preferably in a D2C environment.

 Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid. Familiarity with React. js, Node.js, Mongo DB, RESTful APIs and GraphQL is a plus.

 Shopify Expertise: Deep understanding of the Shopify platform, including Shopify Plus, themes, and app ecosystem.

 SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices for e-commerce.

 Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
