We are looking for HR Executive who has the Zeal to learn, & a strong work ethic.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform HR Generalist function
• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle from sourcing the manpower requirements.
• Source potential candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM jobs, etc.)
• Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities
• Develop and update job descriptions as per the specifications and mandates shared.
• Support in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs, update policy and procedures
• Assisting in employee performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual evaluations)
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Review, interpret and recommend policy, process, or improvement programs in all HR areas
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager

Desired Skill Set

• Master degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of working experience as an HR Recruitment.
• Extensive understanding of the human resources life cycle.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Tools.
