Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Securico Electronics India Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales mindset. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a telecaller or in a similar telesales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in English and Hindi
• Good computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products
• Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and address their concerns
