Job Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to join our team at Securico Electronics India Limited. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
- Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum return on investment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
