Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven B2C Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales of our security products to individual customers. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Present and demonstrate our security products to individual customers, emphasizing the key features and benefits.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their specific security requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing customer support and repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our products in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company sales objectives.
